I received this warning for posting the clip of David Letterman giving his April 3 announcement that he would be departing the Late Show in the year 2015. The video I used was from another YouTube channel, and for the love of God, the clip was from CBS, which is on the public airwaves. Why is it okay to use CNN's cable news footage but not CBS's public airwaves broadcast footage?
What a joke.
