Anyhow, Paul Ryan, the Speaker of the House, in the wake of John Boehner's resignation, announces today, April 12, 2016, that he will not run for President.  I think I know why he announced this today, in light of "doing things by the numbers".

Notice that from today, the date of his announcement, until voting day, November 8, 2016, is a span of 211-days.  Remember that 211 is the 47th prime.
