33 69 113 | ESPN's did you know about the Minnesota Vikings, October 9, 2016

Look who won the NFL Championship Game in 1969.

The Viking would lose in that Super Bowl, January 11, 1970, to the Kansas City Chiefs.

  1. Weird finding:
    Probably nothing but,
    The movie "Feeling Minnesota" came out in 1996
    From the release date 9/13/1996 to the day of this article is a span of 20 years 27 days. 2027 (227)
    Like you say 227 has to do with Pi and cycles and circles.
    The movie is supposed to be about two guys, Sam and Jjaks, fighting over a girl.
    The 'girl' they are fighting over is named "Freddie"
    Freddie = 51 (Superbowl)
    Sam = 33
    Jjaks = 51

    1. it was never Buffalo 4 years in a row. Minn wont get any special treatment..it may location or team name or prior agreement or what ever..the only way Minn would win is playing a lesser privileged original afl/afc team like the Titans or Texans or Chargers or something like that lol

  5. Just to tie in the AFC side of it. The next super bowl, Super Bowl V, the first of modern era, was won by the Baltimore Colts. This was of course 47 seasons ago for the 'Luck' connection. Maybe this really well be Vikings Colts. Look at who both of these teams played in back to back super bowls: The former Dallas Texans team aka KC beat Minnesota, then Baltimore beat the new Dallas team the Cowboys. Coding for 47 years/47 seasons later? With the Texas/Texans connection? Minnesota lost and Baltimore won, so now Minnesota wins and Indy loses?
