Notice how the word 'tracing board' corresponds with Freemasonry.
The checkerboard floor before the pillars and arch, looking out past the curtains, is known as Solomon's 'Porch', having Gematria of '33', tying in nicely with '3'.
The first 3 Degrees of Masonry take place in Solomon's Temple
