Canine to K9: Another 9/11 In Plain Sight

We commonly call some dogs K9s without realizing we are referencing 9/11, or 11/9.  K, of course, is the eleventh letter in the alphabet.  Thus, K9=119 or 911.  The term K9 came to be in 1966, during the Vietnam War.
