33 66 | No Jail Time for Rapist Judge | Making Light of a Sensitive Subject

On May 13, earlier this month, I wrote about Judge Howard and her "easy going rape conviction", at least compared to the norm when it comes to rape case sentencing.  The story pertaining to Judge Howard seemed to be one designed to prove its national audience.  Of course the name Howard, is a 33 name.  Personally, when I think of Howard, I think of Howard Stern.  Talk about 33...

• Howard = 8+6+5+1+9+4 = 33
• Judge = 10+21+4+7+5 = 47
• Jury = 10+21+18+25 = 74

More recently, Judge Kurt Eisgruber assigned no jail time to David Wise who was convicted of rape, and is alleged to have quite the record.  Altogether, it is a story that doesn't make much sense on any level... unless of course you're aware of the numerological hoax level.

• Kurt = 2+3+9+2 = 16
• Eisgruber = 5+9+1+7+9+3+2+5+9 = 50
• Kurt Eisgruber = 16+50 = 66
• David = 4+1+4+9+4 = 22
• Wise = 5+9+1+5 = 20
• David Wise = 22+20 = 42

"Home arrest is viewed as the equivalent of incarceration because it is 24-hour monitoring, but it just seems like such a cushy sentence," said Jody Madeira, professor at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington.  

Joel Schumm, clinical professor law at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, agreed that the sentence was surprising, especially for a judge as highly regarded as Eisgruber. 

"Judge Eisgruber is one of the most respected judges in Marion County," he said, adding that during the last election year, his approval rating was above 95 percent. "Lawyers think he's fair, ethical, hard-working. This case is certainly unusual."

Robert McKinney School of Law has some serious "Genesis" and "Revelation" numerology going on.
