33 47 | John Musker and Ron Clements | The A113 and Jack Kinney Tradition Continued

Jack Kinney was Walt Disney's best friend and one of the earliest animators for Disney films.  To learn more about this man and all of the "33" in his life, please read here.  More recently, John Musker and Ron Clements, both born in 1953, have become some of the primary animators for Disney films since the mid 1980's forward.  Both men earned their first directing credits for the 1986 Disney release, The Great Mouse Detective.  Like Jack Kinney, they are both carrying on the "33" tradition, let us examine.
  • John = 10+15+8+14 = 47
  • Musker = 4+3+1+11+5+9 = 33
  • Ron = 18+15+14 = 47
  • Clements = 3+3+5+4+5+5+2+1 = 28
With regards to the number 47, it often comes paired with 33, as well as 74.  All of these numbers are commonly found in Disney films, as well as other popular media; from Breaking Bad to Star Trek.
  • Cinderella = 3+9+5+4+5+9+5+3+3+1 = 47
  • Beauty = 2+5+1+21+20+25 = 74
  • Beast = 2+5+1+19+20 = 47
  • Nemo = 14+5+13+15 = 47
  • Breaking Bad = 2+9+5+1+2+9+5+7+2+1+4 = 47
  • Breaking Bad = 2+18+5+1+11+9+14+7+2+1+4 = 74
  • Star Trek openly codes the number 47 into most episodes
  • So says Brannon Braga and JJ Abrams
  • Brannon = 2+9+1+5+5+6+5 = 33
John Musker was born November 8, 1953 and Ron Clements was born April 25, 1853.  They are currently working on the film Moana, set to release in the year 2018.  The name has master numerology, at it was once the titled of 1926 film, the first docudrama in the history of cinema,  That film is directed by Robert Flaherty, another "33" director in a long line of "33" directors.
  • Robert = 9+6+2+5+9+2 = 33
Here is an excerpt about the upcoming 2018 movie Moana, that is set in Polynesia, just like the 1926 film; thus why they likely share the same name.  The excerpt is courtesy of Wikipedia.
Ron Clements and John Musker are working on a computer-animated musical film, Moana, set in Polynesia.[50] The film is expected to be released in 2018.[49][51] It is described as a "mythic adventure set around 2000 years ago and across a series of islands in the South Pacific."[52] The main character is to be Moana Waialiki, a sea-voyaging enthusiast and the only daughter of a chief in a long line of navigators. When her family needs her help, she sets off on an epic journey. The film is to include demi-gods and spirits taken from Polynesian mythology.[52] The music for the film is to be composed by Mark Mancina[53] and arranged by Dave Metzger.[51]
There is something interesting about the numerology of the film title, Polynesia and Mark Mancina, something that almost seems to defy coincidence and is found in other Disney films, dating back to their very first releases many moons ago.  Let us examine.
  • Moana = 13+15+1+14+1 = 44
  • Mark Mancina = 4+1+9+2+4+1+5+3+9+5+1 = 44
  • MM = 44
  • Polynesia = 7+6+3+7+5+5+1+9+1 = 44
Fortunately, we only have to wait for four more years.  Can you imagine the year 2018?  It should be noted that this post was inspired by Entertainment Weekly's article, '55 Movies Children Must See'.
