39 | The Bill of Rights and James Madison's June 8, 1789 Proposal

On June 8, 1789, then Representative James Madison introduced 39-amendments to the Constitution to the House of Representatives.  Interestingly enough, the numerology of this date was also "39".

• June 8, 1789 = 6/8/1789 = 6+8+1+7+8+9 = 39
• 6/8/1789 = 6+8+17+89 = 120
• 120 Members in the Knesset
• Knesset = 21/39/93
• Recall the Declaration of Independence was signed by 39-men
• The United Nations is 39-Floors Tall, in NY
• NY = 14+25 = 39
• New York = 5+5+5+7+6+9+2 = 39
• Madison = 4+1+4+9+10+6+5 = 39 (S exception)
• Empire = 5+4+7+9+9+5 = 39 (NY Is Empire State)
• 7/26/1788 = 7+2+6+1+7+8+8 = 39 (NY's Date of Establishment)
• Ten = 20+5+14 = 39 (Bill of Rights became '10'; 10 commandments in 39-Books of OT)

In time, these 39-proposal would become the Bill of Rights- not all 39 changes would make it.  As for James Madison, he is someone with special numerology himself, from birth to death.

• James = 1+1+4+5+1 = 12
• Madison = 4+1+4+9+1+6+5 = 30/39
• James Madison = 12+30 = 42/51

He was born a junior, March 16, 1751 and died on June 28, 1836.  The numerology of his date of death and the place is quite curious.  He passed away in Orange, Virginia from complications of the heart.

• 6/28/1836 = 6+2+8+1+8+3+6 = 34
• Orange = 6+9+1+5+7+5 = 33

James Madison was the country's fourth President and fifth Secretary of State.  His vice President was the First Governor of New York, George Clinton.  New York was established as New Amsterdam on February 2, the 33rd day of the year.

• Clinton = 3+3+9+5+2+6+5 = 33
• New York = 5+5+5+7+6+9+2 = 39
• NY = 14+25 = 39
• NYC = 14+25+3 = 42

Prior to becoming Secretary of State, Robert Smith held the position before him.

In other words, as it was then, it is now.  That is why when George W. Bush says "it's just a piece of paper", he means it and he knows better- better than any of us, because he was born into a sect of society that is allowed at least some truth.  George W. Bush was also born July 6, 1946.
