ISIS vs al Qaeda?

Isn't it absurd?  ISIS vs al Qaeda, both creations of the west, both used as excuses for unnecessary military involvement.

• ISIS = 9191
• ISIS = 9+19+9+19 = 56
• al Qaeda = 1+3+8+1+5+4+1 = 23
• al Qaeda = 1+12+17+1+5+4+1 = 41

Whereas ISIS has much in common with Rockefeller, al Qaeda has much in coming with 'King' and 'USA".
