This film is about the son of Satan being born to a high ranking public official.  By the film's end, this boy is in the custody of the President of the United States.

In the film, a Robert replaces a Stephen.  This happens after a truck with "33" on the back smashes into Stephen, killing him in a fiery explosion.

• Robert = 9+6+2+5+9+2 = 33
• Stephen = 1+2+5+7+8+5+5 = 33

Notice the film has a 5.5 ranking and was written by David Seltzer.
