Marcus Mariota is the Quarterback of the Oregon Ducks.

• Marcus = 4+1+9+3+1/10 = 18/27
• Mariota = 4+1+9+9+6+2+1 = 32
• Marcus Mariota = 18+32 or 27+32 = 50/59
• MM = 44
• Marcus = 13+1+18+3+21+19 = 75

In the photo above, Marcus Mariota is wearing a Johnny Unitas New Jersey, who won Super Bowl V as the Quarterback of the Baltimore Colts, 44-years earlier, much likes the initials MM (44).  Andrew Luck, the Quarterback of the Indianapolis Colts, was once a Pac-12 Quarterback, as Marcus Mariota is.

With regards to the Johnny Unitas jersey, it should be noted that Johnny Unitas died on September 11, 2002; the one year anniversary of September 11, 2001.  It is said that the events of that day united us as a nation like no other.  With that thought in mind, think of the name "Unitas", a name that sounds out as, "you-knight-us".

Isn't it all a bit too much?  I think many collegiate quarterbacks at big football programs, such as Oregon, are manchurian athletes, being raised for their future football entertaining careers.  Along the path, perhaps their "owners" code a few riddles on the costumes they wear at the events and ceremonies they attend.  Notice in this case, Marcus Mariota is in Baltimore, the original home of the Colts.
