Every black talk show host is making the point he didn't shoot because the man who he was aiming at was white and not black. Isn't this an obvious narrative?
As for the 'great restraint', it is of course a code.
- Great = 7+9+5+1+2 = 24
- Restraint = 9+5+1+2+9+1+9+5+2 = 43/52
- Great Restraint = 67/76
- Police = 7+6+3+9+3+5 = 33
