64 | Thelema, "Do What Thou Wilt"

The main rule in the Occult Religion 'Thelema', is "Do what thou wilt".

• Thelema = 20+8+5+12+5+13+1 = 64 
• Do = 4+6 = 10 
• What = 5+8+1+2 = 16 
• Thou 2+8+6+3 = 19 
• Wilt = 5+9+3+2 = 19 
• Do What Thou Wilt = 64
• 8x8 = 64
• 32x2 = 64
• 16x4 = 64

Now I'm seeing more clearly.  This number shows up much in the Police Hoaxes.  Doesn't "Do what thou wilt" seem to be present in these shenanigans?
