This reminds me that the Bureau of Investigation was established July 26, 1908 and was later renamed the Federal Bureau of Investigation of March 22, 1935.

• 7/26/1908 = 7+26+(1+9+0+8) = 51
• 7/26/08 = 7+26+08 = 41

Notice the '60' coding in both dates, as well as the coding of '51' in the original establishment dates.  The numbers of "conspiracy" are; 51, 60, 123.
