The man right over Obama's left shoulder, on the right as you look at the pic is not nearly as clear as the President. The partly balding gentleman with the camera right in front Obama isn't as clear as Barry either. One could say they were focusing on Obama but others in the pic at a different depths look clear.
That is a photoshop job if I've ever seen one. The guy directly in front and directly behind Barry are of a different resolution.
