There's a lot of interesting things here, from nuclear agreements, to Saturn, to the beginning of the internet, to "Black Friday" and the gold panic... to even the beginning of a "truth seeker" movement in India. Perhaps we'll have the beginning of a new truth seeker movement come this September 24, 2015.
Also notice how September 24 leaves 98-days in the year.
And also notice that 71-countries signed the "Comprehensive" Nuclear Test Ban Treaty at the United Nations on September 24, 1996.
- Comprehensive = 3+6+4+7+9+5+8+5+5+1+9+4+5 = 71
- 71 signers?
