What a joke, like I said before, everything about Tom Brady and this case is by the number '35'.  Recall Tom Brady was born August 3, 1977.  He will appear in court August 12, 2015.

• 8/3/1977 = 8+3+1+9+7+7 = 35
• Tom Brady = 2+6+4+2+9+1+4+7 = 35
• 8/12/15 = 8+12+15 = 35
