Yenkees Earn 10,000th Win On First Day of October


I notice the Yankees close their season against the Orioles and the Mets close their season against the Nationals.  The Orioles and Nationals both finished with 96-wins last year.  Perhaps this is a clue.

    Orioles & Nationals both represent DC.....Yankees & Mets both represent NYC. In both instances NYC beats DC - whatever that means ;)
