49 66 | China & Taiwan Talk For First Time Since 1949

One of my high school teachers said that China and Taiwan will be the start of World War III.  That remains to be seen, but from the looks of these headlines, things almost seem encouraging.  Notice that it has been 66-years since the two entities have communicated, shortly after the end of World War II.
