CNN Headlines, STDs Rise Dramatically (All headline, no substance)

2015 is almost over, and this article shows how STD rates slightly rose from 2013 to 2014, which could be arbitrary information.  All the news does is provide bogus content.  On top of that, I wouldn't trust any information from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention anyhow.
