I just watched the video that liveleak has up on this. First of all, how convenient that the female officer is completely blocking the view of the man with the razor before he falls to the ground. Second thing I want to point out is that the very first shot fired had a very weak sound to it, as if just to stun the guy and possibly to QUE the next officer to fire the loud gun. If you look closely as the man is falling you can see him turn his head to get a good look at how he wants to brace his fall.
