Here is an example on why i think they code this way also.
Take "George Washington" for an example....
George Washington in English Gematria Equals: 1122
if you separate the 11 from the 22 and add you get 11+22 = 33..... We all know how they love the 33 names... I don't think that was on accident....
which tells me, they also code in this way....
