Dedicated to exposing "the cabal" those who govern from the shadows, the invisible empire, operating by the numbers, on the daily.
That hand gesture is found all over Christian iconography as well. It's a sign of blessing/benediction. You can even see a halo in the second pic.
The hands also represent "as above, so below" meaning as it is above in heaven (one kingdom under 1 rule; 1 ideology, etc) so will it be below here on earth. It's also the islam hand sign (only one god - allah)...
