Got milk? More like GOAT MILK. Why would anybody drink milk? It's so bad for you. The only milk humans should consume is breast milk and only for like 6 weeks to 2 months. Aside from that, almond, rice, oat, cashew and hemp milk are good. Males should stay away from soy. Sorry for the education lesson on milk.
