How often does Houston flood in April? That's something I need to look up, but as I've been saying, all eyes on Houston this year with all of the championship focus there. Think about how the Carolinas have been in a lot of championships, on the losing end, in the past year, and they too had some historic flooding... Even in the United States of Amnesia, most people must remember that UNC just like the college basketball championship in Houston. At least one can only hope.
