Obama just moved up from 51% to 52% in terms of approval, it reminds me of what happened on his 51st birthday, August 4, 2012. On that day, Serena Williams was receiving a Gold Medal at the Summer Games (2012) in the U.K. when someone's flag fell from the rafters... (video link below)
As I've been saying, that day was a foreshadowing of things to come. The flag falling was no accident or "coincidence".
The date the flag fell was August 4, 2012, or 8/4.
8/4/2012 = 8+4+20+12 = 44 (Obama, 44th President)
There is a relationship between '44' and '84'.
