The first film begins by introducing neighborhood drama.  By the end of the film, you see how neighbors are trying to kill neighbors over material beef.

The second film released July 18, 2014 or 18/7, a lot like 187, the homicide code for many police departments.  Think of the San Ysidro McDonald's massacre, coming 187-days after the death of Ray Krock, the McDonald's CEO.  In 2016, that was the start date of the GOP Convention, coming 187-days before Inauguration Day.  July 18, 2016 is 187-days to January 20, 2017.

When I ask if these movies have all been predictive programming, I am wondering in regards to the election of Hillary over 'The Donald', as well a possible World War to come to mainland United States.  Then, there truly would be legitimized killing in the U.S.

In the film, the premise is that there are 12 hours of legitimized killing once a year, beginning at 7:PM March 21, or '21/3', and ending at 7:AM March 22, or 22/3.
