Did anyone notice the article in CNN that discussed the bond release of Betty Shelby? Embedded in the story is a video of a black Tulsa officer, he describes what it is like being a black officer in Tulsa. As weird as it might seem, his name is Popsye Floyd, he goes on to encourage other blacks to become a part of the solution, not a part of the problem. (Link below)
