Okay... now that makes some sense.  It was November 29 that the page was found from the Book of Joel in Tennessee, talking about the wildfires in Israel.  Keep in mind the fires started November 23, the same day fires were reportedly burning in Israel, near Haifa.  Joel is the 29th Book of the Bible, and Israel was first recognized as a nation November 29, 1947.

11/29/1947 = 11+29+19+47 = 106 (Prophecy) (Tennessee) (Book of Joel)

November 23 is also the day that leaves 38-days left in the year.  Fire = 38; Jew = 38

Again, it is Joel 1:19 about the wildfires, on the page that was supposedly recovered.  The page shown in the media, was from the King James Bible.
