In this horror film the main character must consult Kabbalah to rid herself of the Jewish demon she is carrying around.  Literally, that is what the movie is about.  It came out on a fitting date.

1/9/2009 = 1+9+20+09 = 39 (39 Books on the Old Testament, where Kabbalah comes from)

Notice, in Duo, 39 is 45.  Ten = 39 (10 Sephirot)

Holy Bible = 45 / 45; The Unborn = 45 / 45

Not to go numbers crazy, but the divisors of 45 sum to 78.
