The Manny Machado trade is official as of July 18, or 18/7.

I recall last year a riddle in the playoffs with the Yankees and Dodgers, and perhaps it was foreshadowing things to come this season.  Recall, the Dodgers were once from New York, where the Yankees still reside.

Could the 18/7 trade be a clue for a Yankees & Dodgers World Series?
