Robert Bowers is the name of the shooter.  Of course, he is anti-Semitic.

This happened in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood.

Also important, the phrase 'restore order' has perfect overlap with the shooter's name and Squirrel Hill.  That coincides with the date numerology as well.
