Ray Chavez, the oldest Pearl Harbor survivor, is dead at 106.
Ray = 44 (18+1+25 = 44)
There's also a relationship between 'Pearl Harbor Day' and 'survivor'.

His initials, R.C. are 18.3., like 183.
