33 | CNN Says Rand Paul, Biggest Loser of September 16, 2015 Debate

The reason I find this funny, is because Rand Paul was the only candidate who said anything worth saying, when he spoke on marijuana, the federal government, and needless wars.  For speaking truth, CNN said he was the biggest loser of the debate hosted by their propaganda network.

Rand Paul = 9+1+5+4+7+1+3+3 = 33
Loser = 3+6+1+5+9 = 24/33

CNN ranked Carly Fiorina, Marco Rubio and Jeb Bush as the biggest winners.
