33 113 | Syracuse fan bet $100 on Orange to win March Madness, January 13, 2016

http://money.cnn.com/2016/03/28/news/companies/syracuse-march-madness-bet/index.html

The date of the bet is super curious, written 1/13 or 13/1.

Scottish = 113
Championship = 131

Keep this article in mind in case the Orange pull out a stunner.

As we know, 113 often goes with '33'.

Orange = 6+9+1+5+7+5 = 33

And for the record, if you're ever in Vegas, you want to bet at West Gate, they've got the most favorable odds.  They had 40:1 on Giants while the rest of the strip had 20:1 and 18:1.  The same was true for nearly every other bet.

  1. I think Cuse has a good shot at the Stun. Fits with the current flow of sports all around. Upset in the SB. MMA Upsets. Even Bama was technically supposed to lose to #1 Clemson.

    You get an Upset. You get an Upset. Everybody gets an Upset!!!!!

  2. If Villanova wins this next their basketball program will have total wins of 1685. The year 2016 and 85 like basketball. Also they won in 1985 wouldn't that look nice next to 1685? This is also both North Carolina and villanovas first final four since 2009. They played each other that year in the semi final round, obviously with North Carolina winning and then proceeding to win the final over Michigan state. What's interesting is that Michigan state lost this year in that upset to middle Tennessee who Syracuse then defeated next round. While this is interesting, even more so is the fact that villanovas first win in the tournament was over UNC Asheville by a scoring 86 points to 56. Should Villanova win it'll be their 1686 all time program win.

  3. Also this is syracuses first final four since 2013. So nice tie in with 113. Also 3 years since. Remember Vikkanova beat UNC Asheville 86-56 a 30 point difference

  5. Stories like this never seem to pan out..... I think this is just another tactic they do to trick people into betting on the losing team.....

    1. Yes, I think this is to sucker money for Syracuse, people thinking they can get an actual payout. I think that is why the date is 1/13... dishonest tricks.

    2. Of course Mainstream.......UNC is currently being down played in the mainstream. Saying they aren't the "Clear favorite"

      Vegas putting them at 10 point underdog begging for people to bet on Syracuse.

      It is a dang wrap.

  8. I was saying this to they are trying to trick the masses into putting money on cuss.

    I think UNC AND Vilinova is a lock because Vilinova winning will give them 34 wins and UNC Will be going for the 34th win they will in my opinion both end the night with 34 wins.

    It has to be it is perfect

    1. I agree.....

      I think Villanova VS North Carolina in Finals.

      Wildcats if they win the Finals will be "35-5"

      Tar Heels if they win next 2 will be "34-6"

      seems suitable considering the Finals is being played on the "4th"...

      Wildcats record would be if they won:
      35 + 5 = 40 (4)

      Tar Heels would be if they won:
      34 + 6 = 40 (4)

      Tournament finished on the 4th.

      Not to mention If you simplify each record and add it together you get the famous "13" finish on each teams record.

      i can totally see it lining up like this.

  9. Wild Cat's Head Coach jay wright is from Churchville, Pennsylvania.

    Check this out...

    Jay Wright in English Gematria Equals: 726

    Churchville in English Gematria Equals: 726

    Jay Wright in Simple Gematria Equals: 121

    Churchville in Simple Gematria Equals: 121

    Jay Wright in Jewish Gematria Equals: 2105

    Pennsylvania in Simple Gematria Equals: 152

    Pretty crazy huh?

    Also i don't know how updated wiki is with his coaching record but..

    it says his Record with the Wildcats is 350–157.

    add 2 more wins to that and you get "352"-157

    3+5+2 = 10
    1+5+7 = 13

    together side by side would = 1013 (113)

    But like i said, don't quote me on the record..... i got it from wiki...

  10. Did anyone catch the Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore (Comedy Cent ral=33). They had viewers write in with 64 different potential hosting situations for Wilmore, each one corresponding with one of the 64 teams in the Tournament. Since before the tournament started, Larry Wilmore has been pushing for Syracuse to win it all, since the corresponding request was that he host the show DRUNK. It's been an ongoing gag, and he is all in on Syracuse. I thought it was pretty interesting.

  11. Just some interesting points: UNC vs SYR (another wild start time 8:49 pm ET) 849= "It's all in the numbers" (JG). It makes me laugh until my sides hurt!

  12. Syracuse Basketball: Currently in its 116th (911 inverted) year of existence. On NCAA.com is a graphic that shows Syracuse with 69.0 points/gm average in tournament. Syracuse=869 (JG), 3 pt FG% in tournament 36.0 % Syracuse=666 (EG). http://www.ncaa.com/news/basketball-men/article/2016-03-30/march-madness-2016-times-tv-schedule-livestreams-previews

    Also I noticed another possible connection with the start time of the other game (always with the start times!) Villanova vs OU start time of 6:09 pm ET (69), possible connection to the Lattins (father and son). Father played on first all black STARTING 5 at West Texas 50 YEARS ago. Son plays for OU now. There will be a special commemoration of the 50th anniversary for the racial breakthrough in Houston, Texas. "Houston, we have a problem." RACE WAR=69. Also, Houston is the home of NASA, where the highlight of that organization was the lunar landing in '69. Lastly, TEXAS=69 (West Texas & Houston, Texas)
