The faces of a PsyOps, where do they come from?

Per Atlanta's 11 Alive News Network, it is reported that a 9-month old baby was shot and killed and three women were critically injured when Cutrez Johnson, also known as "Lil Red", and Oslushla Smith, also known as Budda, raided the home they were staying in.

Michael Phillips, 29 years old, was the main witness to the event which took place May 3, 2014.  The reporting police officer for the crime was that of Cedric Alexander.

Let us decode the numerology of this information.  Let us also recall that Atlanta, where the supposed killing took place, is located on the 33rd Parallel North.

• Alive = 1+3+9+4+5 = 22
• 11 Alive = 11+22 = 33
• Cutrez = 3+3+2+9+5+8 = 30
• Lil = 12+9+12 = 33

In the entire story, no motive is presented.  Why it is a national news story is stated nowhere.  But we don't need that information.  What this truly is, is another example of the fearmongering that is purposefully pushed through our mainstream media, and like most other related propaganda, it is coded with '33' through and through.
