33 | The Truman Show and 'Truman Burbank' Curiosities

On June 5, 1998, the film The Truman Show was released.  In this film, Jim Carrey plays the role of 'Truman Burbank', a name having much to do with the 33rd President, Harry Truman, who signed the CIA, NSA and other spy agencies into existence.  This film is about a man, Truman Burbank, who is spied on everyday of his life.
  • Truman = 2+9+3+4+1+5 = 24
  • Burbank = 2+3+9+2+1+5+2/11 = 24/33
  • Truman Burbank = 48/57
As it happens, the name 'Jim Carrey' is equal to Truman Burbank in Gematria.
  • Jim = 1+9+4 = 14
  • Carrey = 3+1+9+9+5+7 = 34
  • Jim Carrey = 48
The name Truman Burbank also has much in common with the release date of the film.
  • Truman = 20+18+21+13+1+14 = 87
  • Burbank = 2+21+18+2+1+14+11 = 69
  • Truman Burbank = 156
  • June 5th, the release date, is the 156th day of the year
  • God = 42+90+24 = 156 (English Gematria)

The story takes place in 'Seahaven' Island, and it is Lancaster Square where Truman first gets clued into his existence.
  • Seahaven = 10+5+1+8+1+4+5+5 = 39
    • Island = 9+10+3+1+5+4 = 32
  • Lancaster = 3+1+5+3+1+10+2+5+9 = 39
    • Square = 10+8+3+1+9+5 = 36
  • The National Security Act of 1947 has a '39' date numerology
The film is directed by Peter Weir.
  • Peter = 16+5+20+5+18 = 64
  • Weir = 23+5+9+18 = 55
  • Peter Weir = 119
The story is written by Andrew Niccol.
  • Andrew = 1+14+4+18+5+23 = 65
  • Niccol = 14+9+3+3+15+12 = 56
  • Andrew Niccol = 121
Below are some images from the film.

  • Truman = 2+9+3+4+1+5 = 24
  • Show = 1+8+6+5 = 20
  • Truman Show = 44
  • Notice the satellite is called 'Truman Show 30'
  • Truman Show + 30 = 74
  • Mike Michaelson = 74 (Television Narrator of Truman Show)
    • Mike = 4+9+2+5 = 20
    • Michaelson = 4+9+3+8+1+5+3+10+6+5 = 54
  • Notice the monitor numbers 113, 114, 115.
  • Christof = 3+8+9+9+1+2+6+6 = 44
  • Christof = 3+8+18+9+19+20+15+6 = 98
At this point in the film, the man shown above, Christof, who is in charge of the Truman Show, says that Truman has never discovered the truth of his existence because people most often accept the world as it is presented to them.

At the end of the film, Truman discovers he lives in an artificial world.  In turn, he takes a bow and exits the stage.

  1. Life on earth for humans, if represented in movie form, is half 'The Matrix' and half 'The Truman Show'.

little wonder their numerology is all over both films.
