9/30/1935 = 9+30+19+35 = 93
Also, notice 9/30

 The state is on the border of Arizona.

Arizona = 1+9+9+8+6+5+1 = 39

 Recall the 39,000 square meter Goat projection on the dam from earlier this year in "May".

May = 13+1+25 = 39
