This license plate is shown in the Rihanna music video.  There are two things curious.
  • SLT = 19+12+20 = 51 (Conspiracy = 51)
  • SLT = 1+3+2 = 6/15
Also, the numbers, 239, much like the date September 23, or 23/9.

Also, there is this.
  • BBHMM = 2+2+8+13+13 = 38
  • Rihanna = 9+9+8+1+5+5+1 = 39
  • Jew = 10+5+23 = 38
