During the Shooting, Los Angeles City Council voted 11-4 to allow retired police officers longer clips than civilians.

Also, notice the Gematria of 222 and 114.  They are numbers we often see coded into politically driven hoaxes, such as the ongoing hoax-a-licious shootings.  In the recent Planned Parenthood shooting, the number 114 was coded in as well.  Keep in mind, we are living in the time of the 114th Congress, that is actively debating new gun control legislation.
