Let's begin with the date of the attack, March 22, 2016, a date connected to 'Skull and Bones' as well as 'Masonic'.

The date would be written 22/3 in Belgium.

Notice how the gematria of '61' also connects to '41'.  And let us not forget that '41' is the '13th prime number'.  There was a recent attack in nearby Paris, France, on Friday the 13th, 2015.

Recall, in the recent Paris Terror hoax, they said '130 people' were killed.  Today's attack comes 130 days later.
