Anyhow, the point I want to make is this.  If you have paid attention to Congress at any point in your lifetime, it is always the same.  REPUBLICANS PULL X MANEUVER TO ACCOMPLISH Y.  or....  DEMOCRATS CANNOT ACCOMPLISH X BECAUSE REPUBLICANS USED Y.  In short, it is as if the Republicans know how to play the game 10x better than the Democrats, and at the same time, the Democrats constantly remain spineless and bullied.
