This University is located downtown Portland, OR.  A relatively small place.  It is definitely interesting imagery they have painted in the Hall.  Hall = 8+1+12+12 = 33

In case you aren't aware, Portland, Oregon is the location of TOPOFF 4, one of my oldest blog posts.  TOPOFF 4 was the biggest federal simulation of a nuclear bomb going off inside a U.S. city.  It was conducted mainly in Portland, also simultaneously in Phoenix, AZ on the 33rd parallel, and in Guam.  Keep in mind Oregon is the 33rd State.
