Help | Does anyone know how to reduce the size of a video? I can only upload 200 MB videos on Patreon

I know how to download a video from YouTube, which always shrinks the file a ton, but I don't know how to shrink a video file I record, without uploading it to YouTube first... and the problem is, I am not able to upload any videos to YouTube right now.
