So, the first video I uploaded on the Denver shooting of December 31, 2017 was completely muted. It had no sound. As a result I set it to private, and then made a new video with more info and uploaded it, which is still up, but if it gets a strike, my channel will be deleted.

What I want to know is how YouTube can strike me for a video that is private and has no sound. Then again, I have been struck for videos that were private before, but never one without sound...
