In the 4th episode of Lodge 49, the focus of the story is the hidden dead body discovered in the lodge.  It turns out the body belongs to Wallace Smith, who was the head of the lodge from 1958-1962, when he died in '62.

As for him dying in '62...

In the story, it is mentioned that Wallace Smith hermetically sealed the rim to preserve his body.
