CNN Shifts News Ticker 'to the Right' for GOP Debate Headlines

The reason this is interesting, is because in all the time I have been decoding CNN's headlines, I've never seen the news ticker on the right.  Is this a political joke?  I think so.  If you're out of the loop, Republican Politics, are considered to be "from the right".
