What stands out right away is the wording.  Nicely done CNN.  The date the article alludes to is 38-days from today.

Death = 4+5+1+20+8 = 38

The span of 5-weeks and 3-days stands out as well, that was John Boehner's number he operated by, 53.  If you're not aware, Paul Ryan has replaced John Boehner as Speaker of the House.
