Hurricane Irma has reduced to a Category 3 storm, but expected to increase before landfall in Florida, September 9, 2017 headlines

Last night it went from 5 to 4 back to 5.  Now it is down to 3, but expected to increase... will it go back to 5?  Again, it has been 25-years since a Category 5 made landfall with the United States, that was Hurricane Andrew in Florida.

Don't forget, Jose is on the back of Irma.
