In the CNN article, there is no mention of chem-trails and how that is contributing to the storm. They do blame it on 'El Nino' though.

What there is......very warm ocean waters, and certainly HAARP in action. I believe they are aiming the store directly at Texas to continue their brutal punishment of that state for going against the Obama Regime.
